I work from home because I have a daughter who has AD/HD and is bioplar. When she has outbursts the flexibility with Liveop's allows me to pick her up from school. In the past I have had sitter's who chose not to pick her up. Even after they said they would. I almost lost my job due to having to leave early. I need to have this flexibility so I can provide for my family without the time restrictions. I create my schedule to fit in with the needs of my daughter.

LiveOps has given me the Opportunity of being an Independent Agent since December 2008. I set my own hrs, whether I want to work nights or days, weekends or holidays, it is all up to me. I have been able to go to all of my boys sports, with 4 boys and in every sport you can imagine, that keeps us busy. I didnt miss any of the special days my kids had at school and I went to field trips that would not have been possible with another job. Daycare, I can only imagine paying $12 or more and hr for 4 boys, WOW, plus the gas and wear and tear on my vehicle, my lunches are now eaten at home, no buying lunches. I have also been able to catch up on bills, even though my husbands hrs were cut at times, I made up the difference, PLUS. Opportunities are endless with LiveOps, I wish I had this opportunity 10 years ago. I am greatful for LiveOps.

I am a single work-at-home mom. I have been contracted with Liveops as an Independent Contractor since 2004. As a single mother of a set of twins, daycare/after school expense was almost impossible to afford (especially w/an unsupportive father)This experience with being able to work from home and the flexibility to choose whatever schedule works incredibly best for me in so many ways.. I'm able to attend many school functions, volunteer in my community, take my kids to after school activities, help with homework and be a big part and influence in my childrens lives. I'm able to set a goal of how much money I need to make each pay period and how many hours it will take to reach my goal.I'm able to pay my bills and be both a mother and father to my 12 year old twins.. I cannot express the joy it is to see my kids off to school, or wait for them at the bus when schools out and not have to worry about them being home alone. I am greatful for the opportunity I have had for these years working as a self employed single mother and being able to contribute to this great country of ours. There are so many single struggling mothers out there who depend on the system for welfare, food, clothing, etc.. I have to say I am not one because of the opportunity I have had working for LO's as a self employed independent agent....Thank you for reading and listening to our voices..we are the new work force of America.. we are the new generation of workers please DO NOT change this new prosperous way of working and contributing to this great county of milk and honey.

Independent contracting is a great experience! I am very inspired by the variety of opportunities. This business has really supplemented my income. I have virtually met a lot of nice people and I really appreciate the flexibility it has given me in my personal life. We've definitely had a savings with our time and our automobiles.

I love Liveops it has been a life saver for me. I have been doing service for liveops since 2006 and I absolutely love it. I have saved so much in gas commuting to jobs that are not guaranteed to last long at all. The pay is ok, it gets the bill paid and being able to work in the comfort of your home couldn't be a better way especially for mothers with small children. The cost of daycare is thru the roof. So please allow this to continue is working out for lots of people.

First, Thank You for reading and listening to our voices. I have been an agent for LiveOps since January 2009. Learning a new system is always a challenge. However, LO\'s is a Family of IC\'s and it amazing how the forums and the communication keeps us together. I was going to lose my house. I\'m a single mom and live in Florida relocated to TX for work. And there was no work. Then the email was there from LO\'s and I\'m a IC and LOVE MY JOB. I look forward to going back to Florida so I can continue working and keep my home. Working for LO\'S is a great way to work around and multi-task our jobs. Having the opportunity to serve our clients is so rewarding. Saving on the expenses of outside work I agree is nice as well. I work when I want and I always know how much money I have for my bills. There are to many companies that are taking our jobs away. And I want my house! Like having New Change with our President. We are important and now Live Ops has given us a reason to work harder for our dreams. I\'m an educated woman myself with a degree. But if there\'s no work there is no home, no food, no utilities and no life. \"I just want to say Thank You for giving me this opportunity and I hope that I can go back to Florida and do my job there. I miss my family and my home.\"

I have been contracting with liveops as an Independent Contractor since 2008. This experience with being able to work from home and be considered as an independent agent is the best blessing that could have ever happened to me concerning a source of income! I am currently a fulltime college student and the flexibility of having the opportunity to schedule my own hours is really helpful. I love the fact that I am in control of my schedule and how my business is performing. Being an independent contractor assists me with paying my bills, getting me through college, and for everyday needs. I can definetly say that, for my age i have accomplished alot and Liveops Has also helped with opening my eyes to being more business oriented and could potentially have the same effect on young adults as myself to make a better tomorrow!

I am proud to be a Liveops Independent Agent since 2005. Liveops gives me the flexibility to choose whatever schedule works best for me with availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I'm able to set a goal of how much money I need to make each pay period and how many hours it will take to reach my goal. The ability to work a schedule to fit my lifestyle as needed to pay monthly bills is a true blessing. My long term goal is to continue contracting with Liveops well into retirement years. If I loose my status as an Independent Agent, I fear the business will go to call centers overseas.
